We acted as Employers Agent, Quantity Surveyors and CDM co-ordinators on this prestigious new building in Royal Tunbridge Wells. It comprises approx 12,000 sq. ft. production unit with 9,000 sq. ft. of fully fitted offices.
The scheme value was approx. £2m and was completed within budget and on time and handed to the tenant, a large oil engineering company in Nov. 2011, with whom we worked alongside from inception to completion to deliver this "turn key" project.

During 2007 Patrico Ltd were badly affected by severe flooding that resulted in the demolition and rebuild of their 24,000 sq ft factory. Godfrey & Co operated as Project Managers for this demolition and rebuild.

Godfrey & Co undertook the role of Quantity Surveyors for the building of new classroom accommodation at Sunfield, Stourbridge, West Midlands.



A new restaurant for Siemens in Manchester was completed in September 2005. The project was completed on time and within budget. This is now our second completed project for Siemens Real Estate Limited.
