We acted as Employers Agent, Quantity Surveyors and CDM co-ordinators on this prestigious new building in Royal Tunbridge Wells. It comprises approximately
12,000 sq. ft. production unit and 9,000 sq. ft. of fully fitted offices.
The value of the scheme was around £2 m and was completed within budget and on time and handed to the end user, a large oil engineering company, in Nov. 2011. This was another successful "turn key" project carried out for Tarncourt Developments LLP.
