Basingstoke

We are acting as PM and QS on a £500 k, 18,000 sq ft refurbishment of an existing industrial building including a 5,000 sq ft new extension in Basingstoke to be split into 3 separate trade units. The scheme is due for completion in early 2011 for occupation by car servicing and windscreen replacement companies.

Kings Lynn

We are acting as PM QS & CDM C on a £600k 12,000 sq ft new build industrial unit in King Lynn to be occupied by a electrical retail company. The scheme is due for completion in October 2010.

Hambridge

We were appointed as QS & CDM C for a Care home company on the refurbishment and extension of a residential home in Somerset approx value £450,000. The project involved the creation of 11 new bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms reconfigured office accommodation and the provision of a new Orangery lounge area.The project was completed in Sept 2010 and to budget.

L Spa

We are appointed as QS and CDM C for a Care Home company on the refurbishment of a prestigious residential home in Leamington Spa comprising 2 adjacent buildings approx value £1,200,000. The project involves reconfigured accommodation and the provision of a new link between the 2 properties with new passenger lift and upgrading existing bedrooms and including new kitchen, laundry and general office areas .The project is due for completion in 2011.
